How it Works
Step 1: Register on Advanced MD
Steps you must follow:
- Create an account by clicking First Time User
- Answer a few questions to see where you are on the CDC priority list
- Make sure you provide your correct contact information
Step 2: Prioritized Waiting Lounge
Steps you must follow:
- Please wait until we contact you to make an appointment
- When it’s time, you’ll be alerted by email & app
- You don’t need to worry – your spot is assured – we will reach out
- We are working on communicating an estimated time and place in the queue

Step 3: Get your appointment
Steps you must follow:
- Your appointment time will be based on vaccine availability & priority set by the Arizona Department of Health Services (AZDHS)
- If you need to cancel an appointment, you can reschedule and you will retain your priority in line
Step 4: Fast Check-in – Arrive prepared and breeze through reception

- Fill out the pre-screening questions

- Please arrive on time


Step 5: Second Shot
Steps you must follow:
- Get your follow up appointment automatically
- Second doses will have priority
- Remember: Be on time!
